We developed our online information system Cybertrax with one clear objective in mind: to provide our customer with accurate, real time information that helps them do better business – with us and with their own customers. We have invested considerable resources in creating a system that solves problems – as opposed to generating more of them – and that enables our customers to be clear at all times on all the issues: what has been shipped, what is in transit and what is due to be shipped, where in the cycle their freight is and how we are performing against the customer’s timetable.

In addition to real time information, Cybertrax also retains an archive of historical data that many of our customers find is an invaluable management information resource. In the knowledge economy, Cybertrax is adding the value of real time information to all our customer-facing processes.
